Courses

Courses are offered subject to viability as determined by booking numbers. UWA Extension reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers or other circumstances beyond our control. The decision to cancel a course is made approximately 10 working days before the start date of the course. UWA Extension will notify each person enrolled in a course that is to be cancelled and will issue a full refund.

Refunds

Please choose your course carefully, as we do not offer a refund on course fees if you change your mind or find yourself unable to attend. However, if you contact us by email 10 working days prior the start date of the course, we will issue you with a credit note.

In most cases you are welcome to pass your booking on to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. Please let us know by email to extension@uwa.edu.au and we can amend our records and the course register.

Credit Notes

In the occasion a credit note has been issued, a credit note is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.
Credit notes cannot be used towards ed2go online courses or transferred to any other person.
