At UWA Extension we really like to get your thoughts on your experience of our courses.

We use an online survey you can complete in only a couple of minutes.

If you attend one of our courses or events you should receive an email with a link to the survey within a few days of the course finishing.

If you haven’t given us an email address you can do so by sending us an email with your name and contact number and we’ll update your details.

If you don’t use email but you would still like to give us feedback on a course or event, please give our office a call on 6488 2433 and we can post you a hard copy survey for you to complete.
