Courses

Courses are offered subject to viability as determined by booking numbers. UWA Extension reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers or other circumstances beyond our control. The decision to cancel a course is made approximately 10 working days before the start date of the course. UWA Extension will notify each person enrolled in a course that is to be cancelled and will issue a full refund.

Refunds

Please choose your course carefully, as we do not offer a refund on course fees if you change your mind or find yourself unable to attend.

Any request to withdraw must be received by email 10 working days before the start date of the course and will incur a processing fee of $16.50. A Credit Note will be issued, valid for 12 months.

In most cases you are welcome to pass your booking on to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend. Please let us know by email to extension@uwa.edu.au and we can amend our records and the course register.
